Terms and Conditions.
1. The Competition is open to UK residents aged 13 or over only.
2. Entrants under the age of 18 may only enter into the Competition with the consent of their parent or legal guardian.
3. The Competition will open for entries on Friday 15th February 12.00 GMT time and close on Wednesday 20th February 12:00 GMT time .
4. The Prize: Four winners will receive tickets to see Justin Bieber in concert as part of his Believe Tour 2013. Prizes are broken down into the following:
a. One pair of tickets (concert only) for Friday 22nd February 2013, 19:00 GMT at Manchester Arena
b. Two pairs of tickets (concert only) for Sunday 24th February 2013, 19:00 GMT at Liverpool Echo Arena
c. One pair of tickets (concert and backstage meet and greet) for Sunday 24th February 2013, 19:00 GMT at Liverpool Echo Arena
5. Winners’ names and pictures will be published on the Promoter’s webpages.
6. Prizes will be sent to winners by recorded delivery within 24 hours of successful notification of winners.
