Michael Buble reveals cover art for upcoming studio album  'To Be Loved'

  Michael Buble has revealed the cover art for his upcoming studio album “To Be Loved.” According to a news release posted yesterday at Michael Buble’s official website, the Canadian crooner has provided fans with their first glimpse of his sixth studio album, which is set for release on April 22 in Canada and April 23 in the U.S. The “Haven’t Met You Yet” hitmaker tapped into the social media power of Twitter in the unveiling, as well as fan participation, by offering to unlock bits of the album cover for every 10K tweets forwarded using #BubleAlbumReveal. The cover features the multi-Grammy and Juno Award winning singer loosening his tie, dressed in a leather jacket and white shirt against a yellowing backdrop with his name in small case black font and the album title in white font. The album’s first single, "It's A Beautiful Day” will be released on Feb. 25. The 37-year-old Burnaby, BC native has posted three video clips, featuring previews of the new song, which can be viewed at www.michaelbuble.com. Produced by Bob Rock, “To Be Loved” was recorded in the Vancouver, BC, as well as Los Angeles and includes a mix of standards along with four original songs, which were each co-written by the Canuck superstar. Did you know? Michael Buble has been confirmed as host and as a performer at the 2013 Juno Awards, scheduled to take place from on April 21 in Regina, SK.
