Cher delays new single, album release: 'Life is disappointing'



Cher has confirmed the delay of her new single and album.The singer was expected to release her 26th studio record in March after unveiling new song 'Woman's World' back in December.However, the star admitted that the public are likely to hear the record in the autumn after fans expressed their doubt over the impending release on Twitter. After a fan directed their doubt over the new record being released next month at Cher, she tweeted: "I'm sure it won't Either! Single in June cd inSept ! There !! Freak! Leave !! hold your fkng breath till u turn Blue !" After receiving tweets of disappointment, Cher replied: "life is delightful, Disappointing&Delightful.If U think ANYONE HAS COMPLETE CONTROL OVER THEIR LIFE,U NEED 2 GROW THE FK UP." She added: "AS A MATTER OF FACT,YOUR DISAPPOINTMENT PALES IN COMPARISON 2 MINE. RECORD CO Wants 2 put it out AFTER SUMMER ! SHOOT ME." Cher has collaborated with a variety of artists on her upcoming LP, including Lady GaGa and Pink. She also hinted that she will record a duet with her Burlesque co-star Christina Aguilera. The singer has sold more than 100 million solo albums worldwide over the course of her near-50-year career.
