Jonas Brothers Premieres 'Pom Poms' Music Video

There was still a couple of days to go before the April 2 release date of Jonas Brothers' "Pom Poms" music video but the trio couldn't seem to keep it on hold any longer as they finally unveiled the full official clip today, amidst early online leaks. It was supposed to premiere on E! Tuesday as the track debuts in its entirety on "On-Air with Ryan Seacrest", but after a series of teasers that included a 30-second audio preview and a 16-second teaser clip, fans simply could not wait anymore for the trio's fun music video. In the more than 3-minutes-and-a-half clip, brothers Joe Jonas, Kevin Jonas, and Nick Jonas enlist the help of the Southern University marching band, the Saints cheerleaders and even a gospel choir for the big production. The result is straight from a high school football game halftime show, a grand way to usher in the first single off their still untitled forthcoming fifth album. The elaborately-staged video shot in New Orleans last month is the perfect accompaniment to JoBros' new song, which looks to be the new tune that will be played in sports arenas everywhere. Altogether, it is a great way for the trio to mark their comeback to recording, much like the fireworks lighted off in the clip is a celebration of the siblings' return after a short break as a group. The still untitled new album will be the group's fifth studio effort, their follow-up to their 2009 set "Lines, Vines and Trying Times". Before releasing that album, they've already sold more than eight million albums worldwide from "It's About Time", "Jonas Brothers" and "A Little Bit Longer".
