Britney Spears will do a duet with Lady Gaga

This afternoon Twitter made sparks as it unveiled one of the best news we could take to finish the year. Pop princess Lady Gaga to collaborate with their next album.

As we all know, the singer of 'Baby One More Time' is in the recording studio, working on his next album in 2013. Very little know to date. We knew Danja, his faithful ally would be with her on this album again. It is very rare that the artist unveils secrets about their jobs, but this time turned a blind eye to this statement on Twitter.

EDIT:Do not understand why the artist has removed this news quickly.

Britney Spears No More X Factor 's Judge?

The departures may be continuing for Simon Cowell's reality singing show "The X Factor," with Us Weekly reporting that Britney Spears and her $15 million contract will be following now-ex judge L.A. Reid out the door.

"It isn't working," said one source to the magazine regarding Spears' single season as a judge. Another annoyed insider chimed in that producers "paid all that for her to say 'amazing' and offer half-claps."

Yet another inside source indicated that it is Cowell who is pushing for Spears' departure. "He wanted crazy Britney, but he got boring Britney."

Reports aside, Spears has indicated she enjoys being on the show and told a red carpet interviewer in November that she "definitely" will be back for a second season.

In just two seasons, "The X Factor" has watched four judges come and go: Cheryl Cole, Nicole Scherzinger, Paula Abdul and Reid, who announced his departure shortly before the season 2 finale on Dec. 20.

The shakeups come just two months after Reid told Billboard he was comfortable with the current panel, which also includes Demi Lovato.

"I'm actually very hopeful that 'X Factor' keeps the same panel going forward," fellow judge L.A. Reid told Billboard in October. "I think that we actually suffer a little but for not having that consistency in our panel."

Rihanna at the time sustained sustained trauma to her face and body, including major contusions to both sides of her face, a split lip, swelling, bruising and a bloody nose.

OneRepublic – If I Lose Myself

Colorado pop/rock band OneRepublic have unveiled a new single from their upcoming third studio offering, "Native". The track titled "If I Lose Myself", which comes after the group's recent hit "Feel Again", is the second release from the new album due in spring 2013. It presents a very upbeat tempo and some really cool sounding dance beats.

"If I Lose Myself" starts off with a slow, haunting vibe, which quickly picks up as lead vocalist Ryan Tedder gets into the poetic lyrics of the new single. He croons, "I stayed up at the sun/ Thought of all the people, places and things I've loved/ I stayed up just to see/ Of all the faces, you are the one next to me," while electronic keyboard and percussion tunes do their thing in the background. The track then shifts into a David Guetta-sounding pattern of dance and pop rhythms as Tedder sings the catchy hook of the song.

For OneRepublic fans, the new track is definitely something to have for keeps. It blends a great mix of the group's signature pop/rock sound plus some nice dance/electronic elements. Unfortunately, "If I Lose Myself" would not be available on iTunes until January next year, so fans would just have to be content with online streaming for now.

In other news, OneRepublic have also announced a fundraising drive in support of the Newtown, Connecticut shooting victims, its survivors, and grieving families. "We want to help - with prayers, concerts, charities, there's all these events and productions and things that can take place over the next few months that may or may not come to pass, but the one thing that we can do immediately is donate money to these families," explained frontman Tedder.

Gwen Stefani For Vogue Magazine

Gwen Stefani, the frontwoman of No Doubt, is featured on the cover and in the pages of the new issue of Vogue magazine (for the first time since 2004) and in her coverstory interview, she opens up about her career as a working mom. Gwen launched her solo career before she got pregnant the first time and then ended up going on tour while pregnant. For the first time since, she is opening up about how her career as a musician affected her life as a mom. Click below to see some photos from Gwen‘s Voguespread, read some excerpts from her coverstory and check out some behind the scenes video from her shoot.
Gwen Stefani leaves No Doubt she’s still got the ‘it’ factor. The 43-year-old singer is stunning on the cover of the January 2013 issue of Vogue, in a rocker-appropriate gold bolero and black trousers from Saint Laurent by Hedi Slimane. Looking every bit the pop goddess, the mother-of-two shines in a series of high fashion ensembles inside the magazine, on newsstands December 25. The glossy layout … was shot by famed American photographer Annie Leibovitz. In the accompanying article, Stefani opens up about returning to the music scene on No Doubt’s comeback album ‘Push & Shove’ – their first CD in 11 years. Stefani also talks about balancing her solo career and balancing work with motherhood. ‘I did my first solo record and went on tour while I was pregnant. I would want to throw up during certain songs. Certain outfits would make me sick. It was torture. I toured until I was four and a half months pregnant, showing,’ she said. The singer added: ‘I came home and had Kingston, and when he was eight months old, I went back on the road. I nursed him for fourteen months, so I would literally do my hair and makeup, go back to the bus, nurse him, put him down, and walk out onstage. And I did that for 100 shows.’ She also told the magazine that she and her Bush frontman husband Gavin Rossdale worked hard at their relationship. ‘You feel proud,’ she said of their ten-year union. ‘There are just so many rewards that come with it. You have to work at it. But, actually, it’s fun to get to this point. Because you learn so much about somebody. It’s like these wars that go on and then you kind of get through it to the other side, and it’s like, Wow. And obviously, you get stronger. And then having kids takes the whole relationship to another place. It is the ultimate collaboration. Both of us have such strong opinions about how it should be, and it’s really fun to do it together.’ Gwen also revealed Gavin’s decision to spend the past year touring with his band made life difficult for her. She explained: ‘I mean, he was there for me mentally, but physically? These boys are physical. They wake up and they start punching each other! One thing we’ve had in our relationship the whole time is that we can have it both ways: together, not together, and it’s fine. But when you have kids? It’s not so great. They need him. Once you have a family, it’s just so obvious how everyone needs each other. So it’s really nice to have him back.’ While taking a break from music, she has been raising her boys Kingston, six, and Zuma, four, along with building up her L.A.M.B. fashion brand. Although the California native admits, she stopped designing for L.A.M.B. after Kingston entered kindergarten and a woman named Paula Bradley took over. Meantime, Gwen is launching a new ska-inspired fashion range with her band mates, bassist Tony Kanal, guitarist Tom Dumont and drummer Adrian Young who are set to launch their clothing line for men and women – which starts at $95 – on January 13. The Southern California-based musicians worked with the Fred Perry design team to combine the label’s classic style with their ska and reggae roots.

Now that Gwen‘s boys are a bit more grown up, she is back to making music with No Doubt (who released a new album earlier this year). I’m guessing that Gwen and hubby Gavin Rossdale have figured out a way that they can both work on their careers and still be present parents to their children. Here is behind the scenes video of Gwen and her No Doubt bandmates on the set of the Vogue shoot:

Having seen No Doubt in concert earlier this month, I was reminded of what a great pop star she truly is. I’m glad to know that she plans on making music even tho she’s got a full time job raising her sons — in addition to the other things she’s doing professionally. This is a great Vogue feature.
